The hallways were dirty. Looks like no one ever vacuumed! The bathroom in the unit my friend stayed in, that I booked mind you. ( how embarrassing!) was dirty, towels and wash clothes dingy and the tub was horrific! I wound up getting my cleaning products from the car and cleaning the bathroom. Smdh! When I let staff know they said that’s the way it is and seemed generally unconcerned. When I mentioned to them that I cleaned it, they didn’t care about that either didn’t even say thank you.

Nice place

I stayed two nights and it's was nice. The hotel was very accommodating when we needed extra pillows and things for the room. The rooms are a little dated but they keep it very nice and for the price I would stay again. Overall great stay!

The reviews were middle of the road, so I booked. I regretted it. I do not recommend staying here. It’s dirty, gross, staff is not helpful. It’s just not worth the money. Spend a little bit more and get a little bit nicer. It was yuck.

Lack of customer service

We had a toilet clog and never had service come up we tried calling front dest over and hour about it and had my son report it as well however we had left because we needed facilities before attending our event .
