The view over the creek was nice. Room was mostly comfortable. You can hear everything that's happening in the hallways. Stained carpet, dirty towels, the bed was very oddly positioned, very small pool. But fine for a few nights if you are passing through. Downstairs coffee bar was convenient even though a small coffee is $4. The staff is nice. For $100/night it makes sense but would not pay more.

Bistro food was missing key ingredients. They should have told us that when we ordered so that we could choose something else. In room coffee was included in the description but they did not have any to provide so we had to purchase every morning. The TV screens did not work on the stationary bike. Found a live roach in the room.

We were unable to use the sofa bed because the mattress was in terrible condition. It was soiled and grimey. There was no way we could have slept on it even with the sheets covering it. We had to close it and have my son just sleep curled on the sofa. I spoke with Dev the assistant manager this morning to express my voncerns

Front desk was great. We forgot some toiletries and she sent them right up. We needed a blanket. It was there. They couldn’t do enough for us. We had a couple drinks and snacks in the lounge and Steve was wonderful. We definitely would stay there again.

Location was easy to find and convenient to a wedding we were attending in the area. The hotel staff and amenities were great! Our first room had a couch and carpet that was dirty and stained. We asked to be moved which they promptly did. The conditions were better but still could have been improved.
