We’ve stayed at this hotel several times for 1-2 nights prior to this latest stay. The hotel is clean, smells good and the staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and the room was not cleaned after the first night of stay until I requested it to be cleaned after the 2nd night and it was. The most that I’m disappointed about was they don’t have a portable shower chair that I needed being disabled using a wheelchair and the accessible rooms don’t even have a built in shower seat which is essential for someone who is disabled to be able to take a shower. All hotels I’ve stayed in USA and abroad have portable shower chair but not this hotel which is a Hilton managed hotel.

Everything was amazing. Front staff was amazing. Checked in with no problem. Room was clean and well kept. Bed and pullows were amazing. Slept very well. Will be looking for this hotel whenever i travel. 10 out of 10 from the staff to everything else. Exceptional hotel.

The staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean as to what one expects on check-in. That is, the maid did a good job. But the room stank of stale cat piss. A lampshade was missing entirely. The arrangement of the furniture and available electrical outlets was maddening. There were FOUR sockets in a far corner where management had plunked an armchair. The writing desk had only ONE available socket.

The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were excessively soft. Additionally, our rooms lacked .significant towels to accommodate the number of guest we had. The breakfast menu was quite limited, consisting solely of cold foods, such as cereal, hard-boiled eggs, fruits, juices, and yogurts. It would be beneficial to expand the food and drinks option to attract more guests to your hotel.
