"+ Staff is friendly and helpful.
+ On-site washer/dryer is convenient.
+ On-site Lawson is convenient.
+ Bed is comfortable (not too firm, not too soft)
- Bedroom (at least the corner ones with a queen-sized bed) are cramped. There is barely any clearance when you open the door.
- Carpets are dirty; inside the room, hallways, by the elevator. Feels like it hasn't been deep cleaned in years. Going barefoot made my skin crawl. Visible dust. You'll kick up dust. When I'm in the room, I cough. I'm fine outside.
- Bathrooms are very small. I'm of average height and weight and yet still struggle in there. The height from floor to ceiling is probably 6 ft.
- Elevators take a long time.
- Buffet is below average."
