Hotel was clean, location is convenient to 2 stations but does require a little bit of walking. I had an incident on communication of parking with one staff and the manager came out the next day to clarify the situation and take responsibility of the scenario , professionalism was shown. Will most likely stay here again

Room was a great size along with provided amenities. Having a station right outside and in the same building made navigating a breeze. As well as another line of subways just across the street. Staff was very nice and accommodating with handling our luggage as well as a late check-in. A scale provided in the lobby made it easy to verify our luggage weight would meet our airline criteria.

The area where the hotel is located is my favorite. I am impressed of the clean surroundings and the architecture. It was nice to have the happy hour free wine and sake every night. The room was average. I expected more since the lobby area was nice.
