Its not out first time in this hotel and we really liked it before. This time something was definitely wrong with cleaning team. Room was not cleaned at all, cleaners were leaving hair-crumbles and even their own disposable gloves. Cherry on the top was on the last night when they found our dirty clothes including underwear and “kindly” placed them on the bed next to pillows. Lovely 😳

I liked that the hotel is just a 2-3min walk from Shiomi station. There is also family mart at the hotel. My stay was super comfortable and I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely be back again.

Clean and spacious room. Onsen very big and clean. Only one subway (JR line). Recommend to use Hatchibori station to avoid long walk in Tokyo station to get to the train.

It was very good experience staying at the hotel. Spa was very big and released all day tiredness, and overall the hotel is very clean, quiet, and also friendly. If I can complain one thing, there should be more laundry machines in the hotel. We had to wait for an hour to wash clothes and washing machine was very tiny.

Very modern and clean. Restaurant options and hours not good unless you only want breakfast. Convenient store attached though. Very convenient for train transportation. Not an area with amenities or restaurants to walk to.
