Main attraction is it is a Godzilla hotel. Bathroom is 2 tier bath tub and floor shower. Walkable by 12 to 15 minutes from Shinjuku JR East extrance. Although South East entrance at 20 minutes walking distance is desirable with outside elevator and escalator specially those with heavy suitcases. You cannot miss hotel initially with Cat 3D big billboard atop bldg. Visual from outside East Entrance. Later walk just locate with Godzilla head atop hotel. Lots of restaurants and below hotel is Sizzler Steak house and 711 store. KFC and nearby Quixote Store.

The hotel was great, super clean. The staff are super nice. The restaurant and convenience store on the ground floor were great. But being in the red light district was a little off putting. I like early morning walks and the surrounding area got rather dirty from all the partying going on at night. But otherwise it was a great experience.
