We love staying at the Gracery! The check-in and check-out process was seamless and very convenient. Just a couple of small things we noticed during our stay: the charging port in our room didn't work, some amenities (like q-tips) weren't replaced, and it would be helpful to have hooks behind the bathroom door for towels. Overall, still a great stay—we just wanted to share these small suggestions for improvement.

I've stayed here several times but will not stay here again. It used to be a bargain for the money with a terrific breakfast buffet and clean rooms. Now the breakfast is in the Sizzler downstairs. When I checked in, I was told it wasn't included anymore and that I had to pay upfront as the staff "doesn't know how" to charge people for breakfast. Had I known what the buffet was like, I would have gone to 7/11 instead. I will say that the rooms are still clean, but they no longer hand out bath salts and face cloths and the in-room amenities aren't as nice as before. When I asked for an extra hour to check out, I was told that I had to join their loyalty program in order to get the addl hour. There are other chains that offer inexpensive accommodations in Tokyo so this one comes off the list, unfortunately.

This hotel is certainly not four stars as they have been rated. I know this because of the standard of hospitality in japan. Yes the room is small. The furniture is banged up and very poor ventilation. There was not even a closet or a working TV. The views are great and if you want to be in the center of everything and God olla sleeping above you then this is the place for you. If you are looking for a comprable four star hotel experience, try something in the Ginza or Raponggi area. Thought it would be cute to stay at the Gracery but it wasn't so cute. Maybe the gracery in ginza would fare better.

Great/professional staff. We stayed here previously and had no issues before. The room this time was pretty dusty. You can see the dust trapped on the side of the washroom mirror. There was also a lot of toothpaste splash on the washroom wall. There were stains on the couch.
