This hotel was centrally located. He was also a tourist attraction because of the Godzilla head on the terrace. The staff is helpful and polite and kind like everyone is in Japan. I have to call out the breakfast because it was outstanding. I highly recommend that you include the breakfast in your stay because it is spectacular. I did it both nights. And like I said before, you couldn’t have a better location than this hotel. We stepped outside, and we had a plethora of places to choose from to eat. And we were even a short walking distance from our pick up spot, which was the “love monument” to go to Mount Fuji. I love love love this hotel. But I do have to say that a lot of Japan hotels need to do a better job with the pillows. Apparently, it’s a thing in Japan, where the pillows are stuffed with rice. So you basically feel like you’re resting your head on padded bricks I am not joking thank God I was sleeping with melatonin. If not, I don’t think I could’ve fallen asleep. All our hotels, with the exception of the one in Osaka had bricks for pillows. But other than that, I loved this hotel

We stayed here for our last two nights in Tokyo. The hotel is located in the middle of Shinjuku, essentially the "Times Square" of Japan. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, as well as the train station. We had a room on the 23rd floor that offered an amazing view of Tokyo. It was also really cool seeing the Godzilla head close up from the lobby! Staff was easy to communicate with. Would recommend!

I stayed on the Godzilla floor (30th floor) The room was clean and fairly spacious. The bed was comfortable. Front desk and concierge was extremely helpful. Although there is no access to the Godzilla head, it was fine. There is a view from it on the 8th floor which is where check in is. The surrounding area is very crowded, but that was to be expected. Shinjuku station is 10 minutes away and easy access to other locations. I would definitely stay here again

This is a luxury hotel. Very swanky but with reasonable rates. The property is in the heart of Shinjuku, so it’s very busy (day and night). If you’re looking for a quiet hotel in a quiet neighborhood, look elsewhere. The staff does an excellent job keeping outsiders from entering the property. The area has lots of eateries and convenience stores. There’s even a Sizzler and Krispy Kreme right outside the building! The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. They are smaller than your typical western hotel, so don’t bring a ton of luggage. You’ll be tripping over it during your entire stay. There’s a bidet with a heated seat (yay), and in a separate room, a gorgeously deep tub. The beds are clean but very firm, so if you have joint issues like myself, you’re going to wake up sore. The pillows are not soft. They seem to be filled with something grainy and heavy. The view was amazing! I was fortunate enough to be on the 25th floor. I was definitely stay again.

Room was on the smaller size but it was well kept. Very convenient location to entertainment, shopping, train stations. Shinjuku night life is somewhat wild I wouldn’t recommend bringing children.
