The hotel was very well located and had so many dining options - that was great! My problem came with the room. So small that my suitcase took up most of the room, so much so that I kept running into it. It couldn't even fit under the bed, and it wasn't a big case. In retrospect, I'm glad I didn't have it under the bed because I had many bites on my legs that I suspect were bedbugs. I also had difficulty getting into the bathroom and tub because of the high steps required - next time I'll have to inquire about an accessible room.

Stayed for 2 days and had a wonderful time! The room was bigger than expected and so was the bed for a deluxe double so we are very happy. Didn't get to try the breakfast but the hotel was a great location and easy to walk and find things in the area! Would stay again! Thank you!

Remodelled but limited space badly managed.

As we thought and were expecting, remodelled room seems to look like what was once a room has been divided to make 2, so the space is tight. The tight space wasn’t much of an issue except the clutter using up what little space there was e.g. tv used up precious table space when it could have been wall mounted. Free standing table could have been drop-down. Chair wedged in the corner was not much use. And a large floor standing humidifier gobbled up a chunk of floor space too with nowhere to store it. Not a good layout or efficiency for a limited space, could be much better.

Huge hotel. Lots of convenience at the hotel itself with plenty of convennies and restaurants. The laundry is the worth. Machines are old and the dryers are useless. They only had five of each machine and were always in use. The bathrooms in the rooms were too small also. The property itself is huge and should have a better laundry area.

Rooms are a bit small, however that is typical of Tokyo hotels. This was made up by incredibly warm staff and great amenities! Would definitely rebook here.

Tiny rooms with terrible air conditioning. They said they cant do anything about it. Laundry facilities terrible and over priced. Have to do two dry cycles because dryer is garbage. The staff dont help. They are rude. And the room sucked.

The hotel was okay but the service left very little to be desired. Felt the staff especially front desk staff were very impatient like they didn’t wanna be there at all. There’s exceptions of course. They had one staffed that was helpful when trying to figure out airport limousine bus. But the bad service definitely overshadowed the good and all I felt was disappointment.
