"The property is under kept, dirty, and the beds sunk. The fabric walls were stained. The bathroom floor dirty. The remote control broken. The room smelled moldy. The price was ridiculous for the conditions. "

But beware: someone on our floor was having a loud phone conversation at night and we heard every single word from inside our room. When I looked out in the hallway, there was nobody; they were several doors down inside their room! We called the front desk about the noise and they were helpful, but it was crazy how easily I could hear someone talking in another room several doors down with the door shut."

"This hotel is VERY outdated. The floors in our room were uneven. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. There was no hand or body soap in the dispensers. The only plus was location as it was directly across the street from the start and finish lines for the marathon. The staff was very nice but the hotel is in need of a major overhaul."
