The property was clean and location good, but our stay was awful. Paid $711 for one night and got no rest due to zero soundproofing in a connecting room — we could hear/see through gaps in the door. Noise went on past 2:30 a.m. and started again early morning. At checkout I was led to expect a refund, but only $100 was given. Even worse, rates that night dropped into the $400s. Hugely overpriced and disappointing.
We loved the higher class amenities- daily room touch up, luxurious towels, and higher grade appearance/ vibe of the property. The daily fees charged/ put on hold on our charge card were worrisome. We are used to an additional fee for other room charges in all our international travels. But, each morning we woke to a new fee added to our charge card. We were assured these would be removed once our final bill was completed. Hoping that is true.
The customer service was top notch! I also loved the amenities. The staff went over and aboard to ensure our comfort by providing an in room microwave. We will definitely return next year.
Updated hotel with a nice gym and great breakfast! Parking was easy. My only complaint would be the location being on a busy road and nowhere to easily walk or sit outside.
