"There was a dip in the bathtub that I kept slipping in while I was showering. Felt like this was a known problem as there was a safety railing in there. The staircase feels unsafe as it seems like it’s not part of the building once you enter. The elevators were breaking down and at one point only one elevator available while checking in. And there was no access to stairs from the outside of the building."

"When making an overnight stop, one would normally expect a reliable toilet, a comfortable bed and a functional TV. During two previous stays at La Quinta we were content enough to return. Unfortunately, most recently we found our toilet to be poorly installed and wobbly. We had to remake the bed to put the sheets on correctly. We then had to abandon our Netflix program because of frequent and prolonged buffering. Although the room itself was clean, the public hallways and stairwells were in serious need of custodial attention. We would have happily overlooked any one of these issues - but taken all together, we likely won’t be back."

"The breakfast was decent, and the staff putting it together were very friendly. There were a few issues here and there - an ice maker out of order (there were plenty of others in the hotel), some spots on the carpet. But overall, it was a pretty nice place to stay."

"Staff members very pleasant. Bar very good. Room was atrocious. Bathroom had knowing sink inside the sink was outside of the bathroom one single sink next to the refrigerator one small mirror in the room other than a full length mirror by the door no mirrors in the bedroom area lighting was very poor cleanliness needed to be addressed, I will never stay there again. I have never in my life seen a hotel with one sink not in the bathroom. You have to exit the bathroom go into the room and stand next to the refrigerator which I think is really unsanitary to use the bathroom sink!"
