We only stayed so our son could play in the pool with his cousins. The pool was closed with no telling of when it would be open again. The light around the mirror did not work, you only had a buzzing overhead light like you stopped at a gas station bathroom. And this is also a pet friendly hotel....with that being said there was dog poop in the middle of the hall way from shortly after the pool incident til after we went to check out the next morning. Dont plan on staying here again unless the pool is open.....then yet again maybe not since there is other hotels with pools.

Staff support was unusual, inattentive front desk staff and hovering, overly-personal staff at the Bar and Grille. Also, I was locked out of my room one and needed to get qa new key cards. I had several ongoing key-card issues following this. I was also very disappointed that the pool was out of order, and this was not shared with us until arrival time.

We arrived early and asked if we could check-in early (2 hours), and were told "yes" for $50.00. We did not check-in early. Really I have never heard of being charged extra for an early check-in. I could understand if we were waiting on a room to be cleaned, but there wasn't a car in the parking lot. We won't stay ay the Wyndham again because of this.

All advertised amenities were not available. The only reason we picked to stay at this hotel was because of the beautiful tropical indoor pool. However we arrived, changed and walked down to the pool only to find a sign that said the pool was closed for maintenance. We were not made aware of that when we booked or checked in. Anytime an advertised amenity is not avaliable especially such a big selling point for a hotel in the winter any and all websites that it is advertised on should be updated to reflect that information. My grandchildren were disappointed and had I known before I booked this eould not have been the hotel I picked. I will never stay at this hotel again jn any state.

This place was an absolute terrible experience. They rented us a room knowing the hot water tank has been broken for certain rooms my room was 225. They sent the maintenance person out which was the housekeeper. After an hour waiting she showed up and told us we will switch rooms to many problems in our room. Cool we swap rooms, hot water worked for 10 minutes then cold shower again. Witch made us miss a luch appointment we had. And everytime we left the room our key quit working , they blame the key fob. And cell phones , that was not the case there stuff is just broken , toilet wouldnt flush and just started running in the floor but no plunger , they staff was nice except the one older lady on nights , she needs to work from home. I will never stay at this location again

Very out dated, Back door did not lock . Pool out of order as was most the exercise equiptment. Carpet furnishings and walls were stained . Musty odor .No hot water . Pool tables in the bar area was nice but not free. Breakfast was Great and rooms were mostly clean and bug free . So that's a big plus . But the whole point of the stay was Kids could swim.(NOT)We left early.

Loud bar, slightly dirty room (found beer bottle cap and an ear ring by the end table, surfaces not moved for cleaning and had a bit of a smell, but nothing major). The staff were amazing, 10/10 to them, just a bit run down place but is fairly cheap. Also paid more on Expedia this time than the hotel was offerring rooms for (I paid $109 and the room was available for $80 directly at the front).
