Key system was on the fritz so getting a second key was not an option. Not a huge deal but was never resolved before end of stay. Room was sub par, bathroom dirty especially the fan caked in 1/2 inch of dust.Pool needs severe cleaning and upkeep. Not 1 ice machine worked. Phone in room didn't work so had to walk 1/2 to frint desk for anything T.P. trash,towels etc.Also the breakfast was very minimal as apparently there was not truck ordered so there was hot hard boiled eggs 3 days in a row. No juice or water. Very disappointed as when I booked there were mixed reviews but I thought I'd give benefit of doubt but the bad reviews won out. Very disappointed in stay. Wyndham has dropped the ball at this location. Highlight Front desk gal (Marqualee?) was delightful as was the bartender on Monday night. Good location as well.

I was greeted to my first room with two roaches . Then next room they switched me too wall paper coming off wall , tv did not work , phone didn’t even work . Finally moved a third time . Noisy very noisy there . Terrible location, should be condemned.

I have moved rooms three times . I have two small children with me . It has been one problem after another . First room had roaches , second room tv did not work ,wall paper coming off the walls . Stains on the carpets . All in all nasty . I would not recommend it for my dogs . Never stay here again .

Breakfast was fresh but small. Our room was missing a vent cover and was musty. They were in the process of fixing a water leak, so ceiling tiles were missing. Staff would take smoke breaks right outside exits, so the smoke smell was prevalent in the hallway. Rather disappointing compared to other Wyndham Gardens that we have stayed at.
