"Upon arrival we checked into the Cabin Rental Office and were able to get the key and map of the property quickly. The road to the cabin is a little rough so you may want to put your vehicle in 4WD if you do not have all wheel drive. The cabin was easy to find and clean on the inside and outside. The wood provided is in the communal area so you may want to drive down depending on where your cabin is. Our cabin had a mini fridge and a drip coffee pot located in the kitchen area. The location is about 4 miles to the downtown area. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub at the resort was closed for renovations. If I am back in this area again I would definitely rent another cabin to stay in."

"The staff at the spa the refuse to service me and my partner for a pedicure, we just told no cause the were unavailable to attend us, like we don't matter, we're very unpolished, however the staff at the restaurant make up for that and they were fantastic, excelente food and superior service."

"If the perfect rental exists, this is it. Impeccably maintained, FULLY equipped, no notes. It’s our second time staying in this cabin and we’re making it an annual thing. Janie is wonderfully communicative and the check in/out process is simple and efficient. 5/5 stars."

"Tried to call the actual hotel numerous times and the 800# numerous times because we were visiting with people we traveled to see and was afraid wouldn't make it there by 8PM. However, we left our engagement to avoid arriving too late for check-in. (the latest check-in time per the website and confirmation) The line would not be answered and/or would ring into their fax line. When we arrived, I was told "I thought something was going on since the fax line kept ringing and no calls were coming through our desk phone" and then was told " oh, that isn't the correct info as far as the check-in time. We are here all night. I've told my manager to correct it but guess he hasn't" Then the room smelled horrible and let me just say; there is NO resting if you are on 1st floor and near a door. Saturday and Sunday morning; we were awakened all night to slamming door from the side entrance and the constant stomping noise from the room above us. We have stayed at this hotel prob 6x and it gets worse every time. We have decided to stay elsewhere."

"Climbing to a third story room when there was no one on the first two floors was a bit baffling. (We’re old) The room was a pleasant surprise as it was spacious and clean and the second bath was truly appreciated. We couldn’t use the bedroom bathroom sink as the stopper seemed to be permanently stopped. Being greeted at the main door was regrettable as the trash receptacle was overflowing. All in all not a bad stay but a return is doubtful."
