Great stay.

Although we were only there for one night, the stay was amazing. The staff was friendly and courteous. The option of fresh omelets at the morning breakfast was an added bonus.

This facility continues to plummet in quality. Staff and valet service just couldn’t care less about helping or doing their jobs. Breakfast was horrible. Most food was cold. Eggs looked nasty as soon as they put fresh out. Coffee dispensers were leaking coffee out on counter and floor in front of. Used to be a nice place but inside and out it is in need of complete overhaul. Will not stay here again on our multiple trips to Charleston a year again.

The hotel had many positive aspects, such as cleanliness and a great breakfast. However, we encountered some challenges with parking. We arrived late and had to park across the street in the rain, as the valet parking option was not mentioned during check-in. It would be helpful if staff could provide this information to guests upon arrival, especially given the one-way streets in the area. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but improved communication about parking options would enhance the experience.

The best part of this stay was the breakfast bar and it was close to the hospital. However the last night we stayed we had a fire alarm in the middle of the morning and had to go outside. This would not have been a big deal if it hadn't happened just last year in a different Embassy. What's going on. Does this hotel need up grades on the electricity. Both places the one in WV and the one in Missouri had an electrical fire smell. This is unacceptable.
230 am in the morning and didn't get back in until after 3. Terrible when traveling

I enjoy staying at Embassy suites because of the good service, how clean it is and the comfortable rooms. The only thing I did not like this time was when a lady was doing her daughter's hair in the breakfast area and NOT ONE OF THE MGR'S said anything to her after I complained. This was very disheartening to me :(
