The property/park is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The Lodge is clean, but dated, low on in room amenities. But, the price was right and the food in the on property restaurants was very good, fresh, farm to table. Definitely worth a stopover. The views are breathtaking and the mansion museum was a treat.

One of the best resorts in the Northeast region pet-friendly with breathtaking views and plenty of activities for the whole family. Great for kids, with attractions like the zoo, kids’ park, indoor swimming pool, arcade games, and both indoor and outdoor dining options. The Skyline Buffet is excellent, and the Lakeview Cantina is a must-visit with live music, outdoor seating, and cozy fireplaces overlooking the lake. The rooms may have a traditional style, but they are clean, comfortable, and comparatively spacious. Most rooms also come with a deck offering beautiful mountain views. Overall, it’s a perfect getaway destination for families with toddlers and pets.
