"This is a hotel with the perfect location for visiting Auckland, central and close to many attractions. The SKY Tower was outside of our window and across the street, numerous restaurants and bars walkable from here as well. The bed was comfortable, good water pressure in the shower, and massive bath towels. I had a parcel delivered to the hotel prior to arrival and the staff sorted it for me with no issues. I was also given a late check out when Air NZ changed my flight. Top notch service."
