My 90-year-old father cannot walk very far. I made this reservation months in advance, assuming the hotel would have sufficient time to accommodate us with a room near the elevator. Regrettably, our room is a considerable distance away. I had hoped for more thoughtful arrangements for elderly guests.

OK let me start with the fact I booked three rooms and in each of these room the Air Conditioning was not working so it was extremely warm to the extent that two of my USA visitors were sick because of the heat and we all could not sleep in our room the worst hotel room experience I have ever had and I have stay in 1000s of hotels all over the work Also we have no towel rail for our towels they were just put in the basin in the toilet Some of the power point did not work why am awful experience stay away from this hotel it is terrible

Lots of great amenities on property- enjoyed the bars, the sauna/steamroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was good size and well stocked. We will return- nice option for Auckland hotel!

We were allocated a room we had not booked, ie an accessible room and they were unwilling to move us until i showed them my booking. The room was generally dirty abd the bathrobe was filthy. My VIP Access Rewards as a Gold Member were not recognised or forthcoming and i had to remind them 4 times before a paltry half bottle of wine was sent to the room. The safe in the room was not working. On the plus side, the beds were very comfortable and the shuttle bus was good but I would not stay here again.
