Cooked breakfast was not up to much, bread was dried out, sliced kiwi fruit had not been peeled. Pool and spa pool were undergoing maintenance, but transport and entry to Auckland tepid pools was offered. Sauna and steam room were average, but beauty treatment was amazing.

Stayed here for a weekend staycation, our room was in the pinnacle tower and was very clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful, attentive and kind. If staying here I would recommend staying in a pinnacle tower room as the normal tower looked to be busy at all times of the day.

For a 5 star hotel it’s quite average. Grand Milleniums club lounge access has snacks available throughout the whole day but this one only had set times. Could hear everything from the room next door because of the doors between them. Not really worth just under $500 per night. The beds lovely but o think it’s all quite average

Sadly, the spa was not working and this was one of the draw cards for us. Also, we had 2 drinks charged to our room that were not ordered by us. Staff should never reveal guests names. When we did order drinks, from Our Land is Alive bar, we paid with cash. However when staff asked us for our room number, and we gave it, she replied by giving us our name which should never happen. Other than this, we do love Cordis.

The Cordis has everything you need in a resort style property. I love how you can turn up and not need to go anywhere else. The ultimate staycation! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the food is amazing and the pool, spa and gym are top quality. Not to mention the staff are always very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend staying at the Cordis.
