We were on the ninth floor, the view was awesome. The room was very clean, check and check out or seamless. Room keys only let you on the floor that your room is on, so it seemed safer.

Nice hotel - very new and up to date. Room furniture isn’t comfortable for sitting, but the bed is nice. Location is great. Very accessible to Sky City and a short walk to the water.

Breakfast on the first day was terrible, The chef who made my eggs was playing with his nose and then dipping his fingers into the poached eggs to check, then when I received my eggs they were raw, cut into and the whites were clear and raw, could not eat, no scramble eggs available, hit choc from the machine was only heated milk with froth no chocolate to be seen, second day no pineapple juice available., but the other chef on Sunday was fabulous and made scrambled eggs to order and was pleasantly chatty
