The room was fantastic! We loved being able to open the windows for fresh air while having the automatic blinds down to keep the light out! The location is in the heart of wine country!

The facility is somewhat dated. Our stay was nice and comfortable, but the HVAC was quirky and the plumbing is noisy. The parking is the and first come first serve. The laundry was useful to have and clean.

Could frequently hear noise of lift, people talking as they exited or entered lift and and as the room was facing the car park, heard conversations late at night from there too. This is the first time I have not been 100% satisfied with this hotel.

The room was all we needed for a stop over- quiet; comfy bed. Plenty of dining options in walking distance- we went for bbq Indian (delicious!!)

Not crowded at all when we were there, almost eerily deserted in winter. Great value for a last minute change in itinerary due to closed mountain passes. Kind and polite staff, decent food. Free wifi, comfortable beds, but not friendly to bare feet due to sharp raised metal threshhold between carpet and tile. Would benefit from better coffee and remembering to close the hall windows in winter, and allowing access to sauna without having to notify staff in advance.

Nice hotel with a good location.

Nice location, very close to the cbd with all of the restaurants and shopping. Good breakfast. A sauna was available, nice sraff.
