My room was super clean and comfortable. The staff were fantastic, from check in to check out. I had issues figuring out the Air conditioner and they sent someone up right away to check it out (turns out I was doing it wrong)! They were also very accommodating for my super late check out request, for a small fee, which I found really reasonable. Nice walk to the Harbour and Ferry Terminal about 15 minutes, be warned it’s a bit of an uphill hike on the way back! Only downside was my stay was from Sunday to Tuesday, and majority of the restaurants on site are closed Monday and Tuesday. Which was super inconvenient.

Staff was friendly and answers all of our questions. Room was promptly cleaned and items replaced as needed. Very close to shopping district and 15 minute walk to the harbour that had plenty of restaurants.
