"This was a total relaxation haven where you have everything you need within the resort. What made the experience amazing was the staff who seem to actually love their jobs. We want to recognize Luis and Carlos (transportation), Wendy, Octavio, Alejandro, (Servers) Dash (Tonati Beach Club) and Fernando our amazing bartender by the pool who kept our margaritas flowing. Housekeeping was great too! We have not met any of them but you guys were great as well. Thank you thank you thank you and we will definitely be back!"

"The resort was very luxurious. The restaurants did not require advance reservations, you can walk up and on a first come first serve basis get a seat. The food in all the restaurants was delicious, even the buffet. The environment was calm and relaxing no mad scramble for food. The rooms were very spacious and plush. Staff were friendly and always available to serve drinks and food or to clean up. I enjoyed the daily fun and fitness activities. The aqua fit class and pool volleyball were a big hit with many people. The entertainment team went out of their way to get people involved. The pool bar was very popular with lots of people enjoying standing in the water beside the stone tables chatting with new friends. The only negative is that the decks around the pools are extremely slippery. A little bit of water on the deck and people were slipping and falling. I fell walking back to my seat from the food area and fell down hard on my hip. For the rest of my vacation I was limping around due to the pain in my hip from these slippery decks. The solution provided by the hotel is to put cones all over telling you the deck is slippery but that does nothing to solve the problem. From time to time they would come and mop or squeegee the water but that did not make things any better. Until they find a better solution I would not recommend this resort for anyone that is a little unstable on their feet. "
