The staff went out of their way to be accommodating, room service three times a week, Oscar and bar staff were amazing and helpful. Shuttle up to town whenever required, beach 11/2 blocks away. "Our room was facing the street, no balcony. It is a very quiet area. The pool has a warm temperature. The staff were wonderful people. There is a supermarket but you need to take a taxi 70 pesos or a bus 12 pesos. Downton is a 15 minutes walk, lots of restaurants. Lots of stores like 7/11 called Oxxo close to the hotel. There's a small mall across the street with some restaurants. If you want to go to Puerto Vallarta you can take the bus is about 30 minutes drive 24 pesos or you can go to Sayulita which is 20 minutes drive for about the same price. "
