Place is nice to stay at if you want privacy and peacefulness. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of choice. Rooms were big and spacious and clean. The staff were pleasant and management went out of their way to help. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything looked fine until I entered the small bedroom and the sofa was dirty and stained everywhere. The sheets on the sofa bed was also stained. The elevator broke down and we were stuck there until I forced the door open to get out. My daughter got scared and wouldn’t use the elevator for the rest of the stay.

Upside: great value! Good pools, decent breakfast buffet, very friendly staff, clean rooms, nice views of the Bahía. Downsides: location is up on the hillside and requires transport down to the beach and there are only 3 specific times you can do that every day. Clearly you his places has had it’s day and the investors aren’t interested in putting money back into maintenance of the place. They do however make sure the guys with the leaf blowers are out every morning at 7:30am! Less leaf blowing, more replacing tiles and pool umbrellas please! Overall it’s a really great value tho! We had a good stay!

The room was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, the pool was a little dirty upon arrival. Also, be aware that you must check out on time and return all keys and if you don’t, they will charge you for an extra day. While waiting in line, I saw a family get charged an additional day because they didn’t return the keys on time. Overall, the stay was decent, but clearer communication and better pool maintenance would improve the experience.

We initially had problems with the air conditioning not working and the front door not opening with our key card but the staff worked hard to fix things. The room was beautiful but the patio cushions were torn. We left after 3 days and went to a different hotel (without compensation) because there are only 3 places to eat there. Due to the lack of business at the facility, they usually only had the one restaurant open for dinner but there was nothing on the limited menu that we could eat, we actually went back to our room and had peanut butter toast. The location is too far away from a grocery store to buy anything for your room so you’ll need to prepare for getting a taxi to take you shopping for food. The shuttle takes about 10-15 mins to get you down to the beach club, which was nice. The staff was definitely friendly and helpful but the facility itself is the issue, food being the main concern. We paid for 10 days stay but only ended up staying for 3 before we switched to another hotel so that we could enjoy our vacation. They only compensated us for one meal.
