"Our first time visiting Cabo, and this hotel truly set the bar high! The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The entire property is spotless, and the views are absolutely beautiful. The food was great too — the chicken quesadillas, pizza, and burgers were all delicious, and the room service was fast and very well prepared. I also want to give a special thank-you to Azucena, the food manager at the resort. She was so sweet and really made our stay extra special. And a huge shoutout to Chefs Caleb and Donald for putting on a great show — they made the dining experience even more memorable. Our waitress Alejandra was very sweet and took good care of us. The whole community there felt like family. We’ll definitely be coming back!"

"We had a great time at RIU Palace. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We did go to the steakhouse restaurant for dinner one night and it was ok. I would say the dinner buffet was better. You had multiple options of food and the steak served there was better. The breakfast and lunch buffets were great too! We had a room with a pool and it was so nice. The staff would bring us drinks there too which was nice. My only complaint would be that they had the smoking section right by our pool so we would be out there relaxing and would have to smell the cigarette smoke. Other than that, we loved our stay and would go back."
