"We were there 02/27/26-03/02/2026 not a busy time there were no crowds but food service was soooo slow they seemed bothered when you asked for things ( more coffee, sauce for food, napkins, refill on soda) had two occasions when food orders were not correct at deli had to wait some more. The lady that took care of our table at Posidens Table was very nice and attentive. Front desk stsff and bell staff very helpful but most other staff not very interested in interacting gave wrong info a few times. House ckeaning asked them to put enough towels wash cloths for 3 because there was only enough for two that never happened we had to go looking for the stuff. Drinks watered down. Food overall was not that good and expensive ( i dont mind paying for food but overall taste and options not great for such a well know place. A lot of things were closed being repaired, water slides not working the wster slide that goes through shark tank was closed. "

"We didn't get the pool or ocean view, because we read that the entertainment could be loud, and you would hear it in those rooms. The hotel was extremely clean, the staff was unfailingly polite, and the food was plentiful. There were breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets and the times were broad. Each buffet lasted for at least 2 hours. Food and drink were included but the liquor was not a name brand, and the wine was simply undrinkable. If you're not a drinker, this is the place for you. If you like to eat, this is the place for you. One last thing: the entertainment was LOUD. They were blasting music at the pool starting in the early afternoon, and there was a band in the evening, inside, that was really, really loud. So loud that you couldn't really understand the lyrics. We just stayed away from that section of the hotel in the evening."

"The view from the room included the ocean as well as the cruise liner harbor which was pretty special. That said, overall I was disappointed with the size of the upgraded room and the bathroom was in need of some maintenance. The pool and beach area are average in comparison with other Caribbean resorts. I used the fitness center numerous days and found the temperature to be way to warm and the daily upkeep lacking."
