The entire hotel was full of fun, friendly staff and guests. The room was super clean and everything worked very well. We loved the views (even from the 3rd floor) we could see the cruise ships coming and going. The beach was clean, and the locals didn’t bother us too much.

we got stuck on the elevator between floors for over 45 minutes. no compensation was offered or no apology either. one of the restaurants charged me a $10 fee for not ordering an alcoholic drink. i questioned this and was told thats just what they do. im a recovering alcoholic! I have terminal cancer and i wanted to take one last memorable trip with my wife. Well, it was memorable and not in a good way!!! After all the money that was spent on this trip you would think the customer service and hospitality should be better. We are so disappointed and will let everyone know about this resort and how terrible the stay and service was!
