Room and staff. Check-in took over 2.5 hours, with multiple room changes due to severe odors, dirty floors, and unclean bedding. Staff and management were disorganized, slow to respond, and failed to resolve the situation despite acknowledging the issues. Rooms assigned were not clean or suitable for staying, and communication between staff was poor (including double booking). Noise from plumbing during quiet hours also made the stay uncomfortable.

Everything were impeccable, the staff, being central to local restaurants and shopping. My favorite restaurant was the Cricket Club. Just 18 minutes walk. Shopping 2 minutes walk. Rooms great.

There is a charge of 49.50 a night resort fee and a 35 a night parking fee. Also the resturant and stores in the area closes early. The resort itself is clean and the staff are pleasant.

The hotel is generally good. I didn't like the limited food options; only the bar and its snack bar were open, the other restaurants were closed. The staff at Roger's Travern were unfriendly. The breakfast buffet was very good the first day but less so afterward.

TV in room had 1 channel and when reported to staff, they made empty promises to fix it. Late check out- when asked, staff said we can request morning of check out however, front desk rudely stated they simply don't do complementary late check out and the fee would be $50US per hour. Misguided information. Also, info on website is incorrect. Happy hour was suppose to be 4pm-6pm but when you arrive it's only applicable on Friday. Bed was decent, hotel was clean and beautiful. Nicely kept grounds. Barista was pleasant, pool/beach staff were nice. Beach and water was clean. Not a lot of eating options for dinner- especially since everything closed when the cruisers lefts.
