"This Hotel is classic and part of the Hot Springs National Park history. I enjoyed staying there. Very walkable to the main row of Bath houses as well as across the street from the factual Hot Springs Pool. I walked to the top of the hill and the look out tower from there (about 1.5 miles up).
It has 2 pools going up the hill behind it as well as a large hot tube. It was cool to hang out there.
The rooms are dated. Historic, not fancy. But large.
Service was hit or miss. 2 employees I dealt with seemed bored/annoyed to have to serve us (front desk & restaurant). 2 were Super friendly and helpful (Valet and Bartender).
I would stay there again regardless. Free Spring Water tap in the lobby."
