Cockroach infested.. dried blood all over bathroom wall behind door.. bathtub paint was peeling. Tiles had mold growing in grout or where there should had been grout. There was mold on ceiling. Looks like they tried to clean it off and failed.

Room was dirty, floors, restroom dirty. Floor planks peeling, black mold in bath, dead bugs everywhere. Blood splatter and body fluids on walls. Walls had been patched. Room looked like it was a crime scene.
