Could be better

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The first night (Friday) we noticed the shower curtain rod was falling and the shower curtain would not stay closed. The next morning we told the front desk and they said maintenance usually doesn’t come in on weekends. Short story version: it was never fixed. Also, when they came in during the day they only took out trash and replaced towels. They never restocked coffee or makeup wipes, nor did they make the bed. When my husband went down for coffee on our last night, he net the manager and she was kind and apologized. We have stayed here in the past and had better experiences.

very disappointed with this hotel as I frequent this brand often - the carpet was absolutely disgusting

There was someones leftover popcorn on floor! The musty odor was terrible . We found small black insects in the bathroom and on the air conditioning unit. Definitely needs a thorough cleaning or remodel.
