It was so bad, we did not stay there and found a hotel. The property is extremely old, run down, dirty and dusty and my wife is allergic to dust. The property is not habitable.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The facilities were outdated and musty. The B & B is near a busy road, and there was traffic noise all night. Not a problem if you are used to it, but it kept me up.

Comfortable room, pleasant stay. Breakfast was tasty, and the hosts were very friendly. Everything as expected. A great value for the money. There's a fair amount of street noise that can bleed into the room, so I recommend bringing a sound machine.

Lovely stay at Off Broadway B&B!

We had a lovely stay at Off Broadway B&B. The owners couldn't have been more kind, friendly and helpful. And their doggos we're also so friendly and cute! Our bed was ginormous and very comfy! We had a quick breakfast of yogurt, homemade granola and fruit, also, coffee and juie--just enough to get us on our way since we had to get on the road early. I would highly recommend you stay at Off Broadway B&B when in Denver!
