This beautiful, private, & secure sanctuary is a great spot to call home while you are in Denver. Located in the vibrant Capital Hill neighborhood, you will be staying in the best spot in the city. Rated with a walkscore of 90, you are staying near the heart of the city while still enjoying the easygoing neighborhood feel. You’ll love my classic Tanzania themed rowhouse because It's a charming old house that sits up above the street with a beautiful private porch with gated entrance. Capitol hill is a wonderful thriving neighborhood which is close to so much! You can walk to Downtown, Broadway, Colfax and a number parks very quickly. Within this area is a great deal to do, you'll see in the pictures some of my favorite spots and all of them are within 10min walk of the house. Dettached garage comes with the house.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
