EVEN THOUGH THE ROOM WAS READY! It’s not about the money. It’s just a ridiculous policy. Way too busy with private events and conventions. From trying to get a seat at the pool, a plate at the breakfast buffet, or long waits to get in an elevator. I’m not sure if we’ll be returning. "

"We didn’t use the pool but the deck needed a lot of cleaning and the surrounding fauna could use some help from a professional gardener. The first photo on their website is not from their property and very deceiving. The property is blocks from the ocean and cannot be seen. There is no restaurant on site or even close. When we arrived to check in there was no one in the office. Had to wait about 10 minutes before the clerk came. There was a woman waiting ahead of us to check in and had been there for quite some time. She left to find another property. When I went to the office to check out at 7:30am it was locked. The room itself was very clean but sparsely furnished. There was a couch but no easy chairs. The first impression when walking through the gate to the property in our view was not a good one.
