The service for breakfast was terrible. All I wanted was a coffee and asked for a refill but no one came to refill my coffee. I don’t like how we have to pay for parking. My room was not quiet and I kept hearing the pipes in the other room above and below me.

Jay at the check in desk was great! When our room was ready he saw us sitting in restaurant, came over, helped me understand how to pay parking and was so sincerely nice. Only criticism and it’s a big one; never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have free coffee! The machine in the room only had one pod and two creamers! Useless! Room was very clean and bed comfortable!
