This is a cute little two-story beach motel. The room was large with a kitchen. It was spotless inside and out. The pool is nice and everything was in great condition. Parking on-site. Beach, bars and restaurants all walkable distance. We would definitely stay here again.

The room is perfect. A kitchenette, a recliner, a huge walk-in closet, and a newly remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower. The courtyard is spotless with an outdoor shower and the pool is just the right temperature. Last night we walked one block to the beach and about six blocks to a restaurant. It's an ideal location as well.

I travel a lot for work related commitments all around the world and I am used to booking hotels with big brand names. It took me a moment to decide to stay at Ocean Villas of Deerfield but this was the best choice among others. This hotel is simply fantastic!! Super clean, specious, easy to access. Kitchenette in the room was very nice surprise. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom super clean. When I will be visiting Boca Raton again I am definitely staying in this hotel again. Simple, but spacious, very clean and comfortable rooms. Manager Debbie is super friendly and helpful. Beach right across the street, motel provides nice Tony Bahama beach chairs. Stayed there three times and plan to stay again in 2026!

This was a beautifully updated property. Friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Quaint pool with available pool towels & chairs for the beach. Directly across the street from Dearfield beach access & a 15 minute walk to a quaint downtown area with fantastic restaurants, some shopping & a beautiful pier. My only negative comment was the mattresses were extremely firm & uncomfortable for my liking, however, I know some people like this option.

Main benefit is the location. This is not a villa. It's a dated old near-beach property with outward facing doors. I could hear significant noise from the street and people upstairs all night. Layout inside was awkward (the beds as soon as you walk in, narrow hall and a strange bath setup in the back) but it will do for 2 people. Everything inside was clean but super cheap. This is a BUDGET place and worth about $125-$150/night based only on convenient location. I gave it a 4 only because it was a good value for Deerfield Beach in December but it's more like 3 or 3.5. Property manager wanted me to check in only within a 2-hour window which is also odd. Old-fashioned single door key which was inconvenient for 2 of us staying there.

The room was dated however it was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. Deb is an excellent hostess. This was our second time there and when in the Deerfield area again, it will be our go-to place.
