Our room was ocean front but half of the view was obstructed by the entrance valet overhang. I was told the pool was heated but when we arrived we discovered it was never turned on so the pool was freezing cold. Even after we asked and were told it would be turned on it was not. The following day we had planned on enjoying the day by the pool with some food and drinks from the bar, but yet again the pool heater was never turned on as promised, the water was freezing cold so we just packed and left after breakfast. For the price we felt the resort definitely over promised and way under delivered. This is now the second time Wyndham has promised something (previously a free 7 night stay after we took a tour) and not kept their promise.

Hotel is immaculate. We had a Beach View King Room and the view did not disappoint. Hotel restaurant prices are reasonable and the food was good. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to visiting again.
