"Booked hotel because pool looked great for kids . Only one slide is functional and it was still questionable if safe . Bathroom was unclean , toilet wasn't prevent cleaned , bathmat was warped and unsafe . When turned on faucet to bath water was yellow for a few seconds . Shower had no hot water . Floor was dirty and turned our feet brown walking on it barefoot .
On a positive note , front desk staff was very helpful and had amazing customer service . "
