Another excellent stay with the team at the Best Western in Irvine/Lake Forest. The professional, steady, and genuinely friendly service remains consistently strong across the board. From the moment of arrival, Rita sets the tone at check-in—always gracious, composed, and greeting guests with a smile that suggests she’s never met a bad day. The rooms are kept in excellent shape, thanks to a housekeeping team that takes real pride in their work. Maintenance deserves a nod as well—everything in the room simply works, which is something you only notice when it doesn’t. And the breakfast staff handles the morning crowd with a calm, welcoming energy that makes starting the day a little smoother. Whether I’m in town for business or taking a breather, this hotel continues to be a dependable, well-run place to stay. Highly recommended.

Our room was great. We asked for a 2 queen bed room and received a suite with separate sitting room an TV. The room had a door between the sitting area and sleeping area which was great for us since my husband goes to bed earlier than I do.

Let me start with the good things about our stay. Betsy was very helpful, caring and professional.The different people at the front desk that I addressed a question to was very helpful and polite.Breakfast was good. The staff was nice. The room was clean but had a musty smell I'm not sure if it was because of the rain though.I liked the room set up and truly appreciate the separate living room space even though we did not use it The thin walls and loud conversations from the next door neighbors kept me up late the first night.Parking availability was very convenient. The elevators were slow. My daughter forgot something in the room and the front desk helped me retrieve it and kept it safe until we were able to pick it up. Overall our stay was pleasant. Thank you to all the staff that provides great service! 👏
