First night - roof started leaking. Plus lots of noise from above the room. Did not sleep at all. We reported this early morning - they gave us another room. We had to move all our things to the second room and almost all morning was wasted. No assistance. Although after much discussion, they finally agreed to not charge for that night. Second day was ok 3rd day, we came late night, room was not done. We asked reception they said to come down get towels and to report the undone room next day. We reported this and were told we had probably not removed the Privacy card outside which is not true. 6th day, again they made the beds but there were no fresh towels in the room. Again, we had to go down pick up some towels late night. Another night - there was no hand wash soap - container was empty. Again we had to go down to pick up hand soap and were given one tiny bottle. We asked twice to please change the bed sheets but our request was ignored. We were so disappointed with all these and asked to speak to the Manager or whoever in charge, we were told they would call us but nobody called us. Breakfast was the same old boring stuff every single day. This hotel was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Ruined our trip..

The Place was too noisy, thin walls. no coffee maker in the room. The elevator was not working when we came back in the evening and There wasn’t any sign where the staircase was from the second floor to get up to the higher floors. The elevator was still broken in the morning, carrying our luggage via staircase from the 3rd floor.

Room 303 was spacious with a front room and bedroom separated by a pocket door, which squeaked loudly when opening -- unfortunate when hoping to let my spouse sleep in. A cook prepared the hot breakfast items in the dining area but we ended up in a line of a dozen diners because he cooked for 10 minutes before serving anyone. Parking garage convenient. Bed comfortably firm but pillows very thin. Ample toiletries in bedroom and bathroom. Cox cable TV, no access to streaming services.

The room was cleaned everyday! The room is large and the extra living area was perfect. The kitchenette worked for exactly what we needed and I love the smell of the soaps (citrus).

Rooms were clean & neat. Luv they have unlimited free hot chocolate, coffee, etc in the lobby. Unfortunately I couldnt give 5 stars because everyday our room card wouldnt work. And the person who served the free breakfast was rude and didnt accommodate my food allergies so I couldn't eat free breakfast. Now for the room. It was clean & neat and supposedly accessibility room but it was not easy to get in thru the door because there was a long piece of furniture with a tv on top that housed a refrigerator, microwave, etc. To much furniture in the livingroom for someone in a wheelchair to get in and move about easy. Now I could shower because the tub which was nice and deep but was to tall for me to step in and there was no chair, plus the shower head was to high near the ceiling, no hand held shower head. The sink was in the bedroom but I had no access to their bottles of soap and lotion because they were on the wall
