Room was clean, carpet shows some stains but not major, everything works as expected, ample space, comfortable bed, good work space, very nice for the price paid, good breakfast included with many tables available in the breakfast area. Room has a fridge and a microwave oven, located not far from Orange County Airport . Staff is very friendly, nothing to complaint about.
