The service was lacking. They didn’t offer my VIP benefits at check in because they seemed hasty in getting us in. Then the next night we wanted to get water that they had in the lobby and there were no cups. One of the female front desk staff kind rolled he eyes when we asked about getting some cups. There were no toner people there so they weren’t super busy unless they were doing something online that needs focus . But they’re the front staff so I figure they’re the ones to be responsible for that. The male staff got us bottled water so that made it better but I felt unwelcomed by that female staff member. In general the front desk didn’t seem all that welcoming, which is fine , I was just taken aback by that female employee who seemed super annoyed that we approached them.

The hotel’s location is definitely a plus — it’s close to many great restaurants and activities, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The property itself is decent overall. I reserved a room with two queen beds, but the room felt quite small. The shower head was awful, and the ventilation system was one of the worst I’ve experienced. The air blows directly onto the bed, whether you set it to hot or cold, which made it very uncomfortable. The in-house dining was clearly understaffed. There were only two hardworking ladies managing the bar, serving, and waiting tables, They did their best, but it was a lot for just two people. I also tried contacting hotel services several times but never received any response. Overall, the hotel benefits from being in a prime location, which might be why it’s considered a “fancy” place. However, the service and room comfort definitely need improvement to match the price and reputation.
