The carpet was dingy, the pillows were so bulky and clearly old. We had to report that one of the handles of rhe faucet was broken I was holding it in my hand m. The sink was clogged and it was clearly dirty. There were folks smoking weed at our floor, in the parking lot, the hotel was not at East Dallas!! Those were double beds that were full size not queen, what is this the 20th century? I still have not received back the $150 you guys promised to return into my account. The entire experience was a disaster.

The manager was very nice by waiving our early check in fee allowing us to go to our room when we arrived. All of the staff was friendly. Our room was dirty upon arrival. At least the bathroom was. Hair all in the shower and the toilet wasn’t wiped down. We stayed for 3 nights and was only restocked the first night and had to ask for new towels and toilet paper later in our stay.
