The facility is interesting, feeling a bit like a monastery rather than a traditional hotel. The finishing is all simple, but clean and functional. And the hotel is right on the lake -- though not swimable due to a crocodile. We had breakfast (which cost extra) which was fine and everyone at the place was friendly. Given that it had a bit of character, we hope to return if we are in Coba again! It is only a few blocks from the ruins, and by staying overnight we were able to get the ruins early the next day, before the crowds arrived.

A gorgeous oasis and some much needed rest was had at this hotel. The staff were lovely, the bed comfy and the view spectacular. Highly recommend for some R&R with ruins and cenotes very close by.

Fantastic hotel if you are looking to relax. The staff was amazing in every way. We enjoyed our time so much that we are planning a trip back soon. The property is really nice. The only thing is that when we just arrived there was no electricity and water, but it was a municipal issue, and the hotel stuff solved the issue by finding another room with air conditioning and water. I will go back. Beautiful place.

Great hotel and perfect location in Cobá

We enjoyed very much this beautifully situated and very comfortable hotel. Everything was great: the room, facilities, service, secure parking on site. But two biggest assets are location only some 10-15 walk from Coba ruins and lovely view over the lake in front of the hotel. We loved the place!
