"The check-in process was very slow and we had to wait much longer than we were promised before the room was ready.
Access to the property was tedious as there was one guard checking every vehicle and manually opening and closing the door for each vehicle. When we decided to get off the Uber to access the property, the guard insisted that we can only access the property with the car. This was redicylous."
