The room and spa were wonderful. The staff at the front desk is poorly trained. We went to 5 separate people and received 5 different answers about our bill. My husband had to argue with the front desk people that our bill had been paid. We even had the receipt and one woman wanted to charge us again. A big cluster. You are an international hotel and the front needs to speak and understand English.

I know this is an airport hotel, but it’s also the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in within Latin America. There is nothing comparable. Not only is it convenient to the airport, but it is just steps from the arrivals and departures area on a walkway built just for the hotel. The free breakfast buffet is incredible. Skip the Miraflores hotels and use this one as your base in Lima.

The reception staff at the check-in desk needs additional training. I was never asked for a credit card together with my ID, so I wasn’t able to charge any services to my room. The team also seemed to have no information regarding the new airport. I had scheduled wheelchair service to be brought to our room before our flight, but it never arrived. Paprika offered a very good breakfast—especially their selection of breads. However, dinner was disappointing. I ordered the grilled octopus, which was extremely tough and chewy. The mini ciabattas, which were perfect at the breakfast buffet, were hard as a rock at dinner, almost as if they had been reheated in a microwave. For the prices they charge, you would expect much better. That said, the hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, with great amenities and an excellent spa.

Top-notch hotel conveniently located a few steps away from the airport terminal Rooms were clean, with all the expected travel amenities: plenty of towels, shampoo/bath gel, hot water and coffee, closet space. Gym facilities were pretty basic, but pool and sauna was a very nice extra. Buffet breakfast selection is very good plentiful.
