Hotel is a good facility. Food in restaurant and service very good for a hotel. Last day I arranged for a Transport to the airport. They said the driver was outside. It was raining I asked for umbrella, they said they did not have any when they had loaned me one the day before ??? They (hotel personnel and the driver outside) played games for over 10 minutes telling me the driver was moving his car into position when it was right outside. The driver outside was calling someone else to pick me up, I have no reason why this was going on and the lies by hotel personnel, this was August 24 at 4am. DO NOT USE THE HOTEL TRANSPORT SYSTEM ! UNRELIABLE AND 3 TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE THAN A REGULAR TAXI FOR ALL SERVICES. Use UBER, reliable and drivers a better.

First time in Peru. We arrived at the hotel around midnight and we weren’t sure what to expect. The hotel is very nice , quiet and always felt safe. Breakfast was very good as well.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Special thanks to our wonderful waitress, Jesus, to Christian, and to the only lady on the team—each of them provided exceptional service with genuine warmth. What truly touched us was their kindness when we unexpectedly got sick during our trip. The team not only showed sincere concern, but also helped us with natural medicine, a gesture that went far beyond standard hospitality. Their care made all the difference in our recovery and allowed us to continue enjoying our time in Miraflores. If you’re looking for a place where the service is as memorable as the location, Radisson Decapolis Miraflores is the perfect choice.
