As always Holiday Inn in Miraflores hits a home run!! Amazing location, great friendly staff!! The food delicious!!! Super clean!! Great price, for a 4 star hotel!!! Suggestion, pay the extra to include the breakfast. When I fly to Lima, I always stay in this hotel!!

Good location - aircon too strong, and you can’t warm the room on cold Lima days. Charged us double the normal rate for an airport drop off. Great experience at the holiday inn in miraflores. The breakfast is great. Hotel is centrally located and it is easy to explore the local area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is not heated though. The gym is decent, i was able to get in a good work out. Overall i enjoyed my stay.

Lovely modern well-equipped hotel.

Overall the stay was very good. We stayed on the 13th floor & the room was a good size, quiet & extremely comfortable. Items like hairdryer, iron & ironing board were a nice touch. Bathroom was spotless with powerful hot shower. Location wise, the hotel is good but probably at the limit of where you want to be in Miraflores - 25 minute walk from the Larcomar centre, 15 minutes to Huaca Pucllana etc. There were a few areas for improvement. Despite the general advice not to use tap water for cleaning teeth in Peru, only a small bottle of water was provided & not replenished. Other hotels we stayed in privided free filtered water. At Holiday Inn I was charged $4 for a small bottle of water!! It was our first night & my fiancé wasn't well so didn't want me going out in my own to find a supermarket. Whilst breakfast overall is very good, they serve you with coffee & don't seem to have enough staff so we were waiting for coffee quite a lot - even at quiet times. The coffee itself was often lukewarm & quite weak. On our last day we found that they'd deactivated our key cards about 10 minutes before check out so I had to go down to Reception. No explanation or apology- staff just reprogrammed them. Although teas were provided as well as a coffee-maker in the room, no kettle was provided although it was brought to the room when we requested it. Overall very good but as above, there's room for improvement
