Wonderful staff and, of course, Miraflores is a terrific neighborhood in Lima. We had an Ocean view and the sunsets were spectacular. The kindness and generosity of the staff, and the Lima Peruvians was out of this world.

Staff needs to be able to communicate clearer when it comes to providing a quote for services such as the car service to the airport which I was misinformed about and overcharged . $60 USD for a ride which would have cost me $20 with uber or less . I contacted the hotel and with no courtesy was given a response saying I paid and signed for it . Of course I paid for it and signed because I reconfirmed that the quote was in Peruvian money not USD.

Hospitable staff, clean, and great rooftop. Rooms aren’t the biggest but comfortable and clean. Give yourself ample travel time from here to airport, as traffic is bad…….. all the time.
