Yes…my room was very well appointed. Staff was very helpful. I had a 7 am departure and this hotel offers 24 shuttle. Limas roadways are always crowded. So this was a great option. I would stay here again

Overall, my stay was pleasant. I liked the room, it was clean and spacious. The only downside was the front desk staff. Their attitude was not very friendly. We presented our U.S. passports, but one person in our group did not have a U.S. passport, so we were charged taxes. I understand the policy and that part was fine; however, the issue was the way the staff requested our identification and how they communicated that we needed to pay the taxes, it felt abrupt and unprofessional. A similar situation occurred at checkout with a different staff member, who also did not come across as welcoming. Additionally, the hotel charges 15 soles for a bottle of water, which felt overpriced.

A nicer hotel by the same name is within walking distance of the airport! We arrived at 12:30 am and waited for a shuttle to take all the way around the airport 20 minutes to the other costa del sol, which barely passed as a 2 Star. I’m not sure why Wyndham would allow them to use their name.
