My son was getting a heart procedure at Boston Children's Hospital and I booked this hotel because of the fun colorful vibe it advertised. Hoping to make the commute back and forth from the hospital easier for us adults and fun for him. Although the hotel had a semi-fun appearance the room was not as colorful as advertised did have a semi-fun appearance

The location was perfect, as it was close to the Murr Center and my daughter had an early competition. However, the only benefit I received for VIP Access was that they waived the resort fee, which should not even be applied as this is NOT a resort. The restaurant closed at 9pm on Friday, we went to order food for our daughter to go at 8:13pm and they said well the menu changed at 8 so we only serve pizza and wings now. Keep in mind we had already been there for about an hour eating and they knew we were going to order for our daughter. The hotel is like a maze. Everything looked clean, but didn't feel clean and the pillows felt like I slept on cement bricks. Breakfast was meh and the berries were all frozen still. IF I ever went back it would be for location to the Murr Center and that would be it.
