"I am extremely disappointed with our stay last night. What we experienced was completely unacceptable and honestly frightening. From around 2:00 AM to 4:00 AM, there was a violent fight happening in the room upstairs. There was loud screaming, and it sounded like tables and chairs were being thrown. At one point, belongings were thrown outside onto a car. The noise and chaos were so intense that we felt unsafe in our own room. We called the front desk because we could not sleep and were genuinely concerned for our safety. Instead of handling the situation, the staff told us to call the police ourselves. My husband clearly told them that this is the hotel’s responsibility, not the guests’. Shockingly, they responded that they , couldn’t do anything. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable. Guests pay for safety, comfort, and peace!!! not to deal with violent disturbances and be told to handle it themselves. We were left feeling scared and unsupported. The hotel needs to take responsibility for guest safety and train staff to properly handle serious situations like this. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience."
